After falling in love with Albuquerque I decided to stay longer and to stay in Downtown Albuquerque to see the culinary delights of a Hells Kitchen Chef at Hotel Andaluz's Mas Tapas and Vino restaurant as well as explore the historic Hotel Andaluz one of the first Hilton Hotels that is still apart of their Curio Collection! I fell in love with the hints of decor that is reminiscent of Morocco.
After getting to sit at the Chef's table eating one of the best meals of my life the following day we went to see if we could stomach another adventure climbing high above the Rio Grande in a hot air balloon with Fly Albuquerque.
Finally I ended my time in Albuquerque exploring the Petroglyphs at the Petroglyphs National Monument 15 minutes outside of the city center.
